What We Do
As a university think tank, we aim to inspire talented students to pursue careers in academia, think tanks, and the public sector. Through our yearly Research Programme we bring students together to produce high quality, peer-reviewed research papers providing concrete policy recommendations and pragmatic solutions to some of the world’s most pressing issues.
We also offer our members several events and networking opportunities with leading national and international institutions such as the UK Parliament, the Civil Service, and national embassies.
The Research Programme
Students for the Research Programme are recruited at the beginning of each academic year in October. The Programme runs throughout Term 1 and Term 2, culminating in an academic conference where each research team has the opportunity to present their work. The peer-reviewed journal is published in Term 3.
